Cancellations

• If you can no longer make your appointment for any reason, contact Charlotte as soon as possible.

• If less than 24 hours notice is given then full payment is required. This can be made via BACS.

• If you do not turn up for your appointment without informing Charlotte then full payment will also be expected.

• If you are late for your appointment, Charlotte will not be able to go over your appointment time as this will consequently make all other appointments run late too. Full payment will still be required.

Inappropriate behaviour:

• If at any point there is inappropriate behaviour from a client including either verbally, physically or sexually the appointment will end IMMEDIATELY and full payment will still be required, even if the full appointment time has not been completed.

• Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.

• If a client is displaying inappropriate behaviour, they will be questioned immediately and the appointment will end.

• Inappropriate behaviour can also include explicit messages sent, including those regarding ‘additional treatments’.

• Harassment of any kind is not tolerated. 

• If Charlotte is made to feel uncomfortable during an appointment because of inappropriate behaviour, she has the right to end the treatment.

• Wearing underwear or shorts at a minimum is compulsory for massage. If a client does not agree with this, does not comply with this rule or makes any kind of suggestive comments around this subject, then the appointment will be stopped and full payment will still be required.
